When considering your choice in fashion and design, how many items can you say were designed by someone of color? There is always a reason to support fashion designers who strive to overcome racial barriers within the industry. FLAIR is proud to celebrate, feature and support Black and Multi-Cultural Fashion Designers in our FLAIR Charitable Events, FLAIR Designer Showcases and Community Partnership Events. The implications of being described as a ‘black’ designer has an impact and can be limiting. The following prominent and up-and-coming fashion designers have been featured and are making a splash.
